Ramble: 3408. Meet: Woodford LU station at 11.00. Distance 6.5 miles. Lunch: The Three Colts, 54 Princes Road, Buckhurst Hill, IGE 5EE (TQ 415 937) at 13.00. Travel: Central Line (Epping branch) Within Freedom Pass boundary, Leader Marjorie: 07547 232 812. The 3.5 miles to Buckhurst Hill and lunch goes through part of Epping Forest and across fields. After lunch it follows the River Roding back to Woodford. Although the walk is mainly on established paths they can be quite muddy.
