Travel: Central Line (Hainault branch) to Wanstead. Return Central
Line (Epping branch) from South Woodford. Within Freedom Pass
boundary.

This is an easy winter’s walk on reasonable footpaths. The 2.5 mile walk
before lunch goes through Wanstead Park and across Wanstead Flats to
Leytonstone, The afternoon continues across Leyton Flats to the southern
end of Epping Forest and South Woodford
