From Tonbridge station we walk along the High Street to the River Medway and then the off
road tracks and footpaths due east towards Tudeley and the pub. About 2.6 miles (65
minutes). From the pub we take a short road walk towards the River and then off road to
return to Tonbridge by the Medway Valley Walk. About 3.6 miles (90 minutes). No gradients
and also no drop-out points except a taxi from pub
