There are views of the nature reserve one side and container ships and other shipping on the river-side. 4 miles before lunch. After lunch we will head inland via farmland and some road walking back to the station. 3 miles after lunch. The route is predominately flat. There is a bus service from the lunch pub back to East Tilbury station.
