Walking along field edges, ancient tracks and green lanes through the East Hertfordshire countryside before lunch at Wareside (4.5 miles). After lunch, passing through the Amwell Nature Reserve leading to the final stretch along the Lea Navigation back to St Margarets (3 miles).
