A varied landscape with majestic brick-built viaducts, following the Darent Valley path beside the River Darent before lunch, then climbing gently with views of the Downs and surrounding countryside to Eynsford, Lullingstone Castle and passing extensive lavender fields into Shoreham. Easy, mainly flat, terrain. Possible dropout point (4+ miles) at Eynsford station.
