Travel: Marylebone (Chiltern Line) 10.57 Baker Street (Met Line) 10.31. Within Freedom Pass boundary. Trains back to Marylebone 15.53, 16.23, 16.53, 17.48, 18.23. Trains back on Met Line  15.33, 15.47, 16.18, 16.33, 16.44, 16.58 then after approx. 20 mins. Leader: Gould 07985 687 800. A pleasant walk through “Metroland”. Nearly all flat walking with two slight gradients. A varied walk through the Colne valley taking in the Grand Union canal, varied lakes, disused railway line, moorlands plus three rivers including a chalk river and the picturesque village of Croxley Green. 3.5 miles before lunch, 2.5 after lunch.
