Ramble: 3426. Meet: Ockley Station RH5 5HT, 11.51. Distance: 6 miles. Lunch: Inn on the Green, Stane Street, Ockley, RH5 5TD (GR TQ148402) 13.00. Travel: Victoria 10.41; Clapham Junction 10.48; Sutton 11.13: Epsom 11.24. Freedom Pass boundary Ewell East / West. Leader: Andy 07917 844 501. From the station we walk 2.5 miles to the pub, through Vann Lake nature reserve, past a disused windmill, and an old school house. After lunch pass through village green, which was the scene of a bloody battle, and through woods back to the station.
