This is a walk on good paths through the Ingrebourne Valley Nature Reserve and
Hornchurch Country Park and incorporates the artefacts and relics of RAF Hornchurch.
There is an information centre managed by the Essex Wildlife Trust with café and toilets
on the route in both directions.
