Lunch: The Owl PH, Lippits Hill, Waltham Abbey, Loughton IG10 4AL (GR TQ397968) 13.00.
Travel: 10.56 Elizabeth Line train from Liverpool Street station to Stratford station (11.03) change here for the 11.10 Hertford East train (Platform 11?), calling at Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line interchange)11.21 and Enfield Lock 11.34. Unfortunately there are no trains running from Chingford but there is a Bus Terminus beside the station with buses to for instance Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) All within Freedom Pass area.
