Dorking to Chilworth linear

Meet: Dorking station 11.15.
Distance: 5 miles.

Travel: Waterloo 10.24, Clapham Junction 10.33. Also trains from Victoria. Freedom Pass Boundary Cheam/Worcester Park. Buy return ticket to Chilworth.

The Gunpowder Works walk. The first part of the walk follows the Chilworth Gunpowder Mills Heritage Trail looking at the remains of the gunpowder works. Then over the fields to Albury for lunch. The we return along the hillside on the other side of the Tillingbourne Valley, then through the Chilworth vineyard to Chilworth station.
Note that we will walk round from Dorking station to Dorking Deepdene station to catch the 11.45 to Chilworth. If the train is missed, there is an hourly bus (32) from Dorking to Chilworth via Albury.
