Travel: Moorgate (Great Northern) 10.40 to Cuffley, Highbury & Islington 10.48, Finsbury Park 10.54, Enfield Chase 11.14. Return by London Overground to Liverpool Street via Seven Sisters, 17.09 approx. half hourly. Freedom Pass holders should buy a single ticket from Crews Hill to Cuffley (one stop).

A walk through the countryside on the southern edge of Hertfordshire. The morning walk is 3.3 miles with a gradual uphill slope.
Note that the outbound train service is to Stevenage via Hertford. The indicator board may say to Wattton at Stone as there are faster trains to Stevenage not via Hertford North.
