AGM location and time: The Crown, 49 Tranquil Vale, Blackheath, SE3 0BS (GR TQ395761) 14.00.
Pre AGM walk – Meet: Greenwich BR and DLR station (Booking Office) SE10 8JQ, 11.36.
Pre AGM walk – Travel: Cannon Street 11.23, London Bridge 11.27. Greenwich station is also served by the DLR, from Lewisham or Stratford East.
AGM lunch: The Crown (as above), 13.00.
The agenda for the AGM together with travel and lunch details will be included in the formal calling notice to be sent, at the latest, one month before the AGM. The walk is optional and all Members and friends are invited for the lunch and meeting.
For Members wishing to work up an appetite for lunch and the meeting, the AGM will be preceded by the traditional walk via Greenwich Park (2 miles) to The Crown.
