A pleasant walk through the beautiful Chilterns from Chorleywood Common over The River Chess (chalk stream) and then uphill to the village of Sarratt via a Norman Church. Morning walk 3.75 miles. After lunch we walk through picturesque countryside on our journey back to Chorleywood with a libation for those suffering from dehydration near the station .Afternoon walk 3.5 miles. There are two moderate climbs, one morning and one afternoon.
