At Kingston station we catch the 85 bus for a short ride to the start of the walk at Ladderstile Gate into Richmond Park. Walk through the Park for just over 3 miles to East Sheen for lunch. Afterwards on to East Sheen Common and again into Richmond Park out into Petersham and along the Thames for a further 3 miles to Richmond station. Drop out points.
