Description: Following the capital ring through Ealing park to Perivale park and the Pear Tree running track cafe (toilets if required) we exit east towards the A40 and walk towards the main entrance to the Myllet Arms for a carvery lunch or Green King pub menu. Plenty of indoor tables or outdoor garden area. After lunch we head south through the golf course to enter Pitzhangar park following the river Brent to exit west towards the arts and crafts Brentham estate. Passing the Fred Perry Brentham club we continue east towards Hangar Lane turning south towards Hangar Hill woods and its pitch and putt course to exit and turn east towards the North Circular for buses to Ealing Broadway station.
