Travel: Victoria station 10.33 (Direct train usually plats 1 – 7) OR Charing Cross 10.31, Waterloo East 10.35, London Bridge 10.40,
Lewisham 10.49. Change at Lewisham for the train from Victoria – 10.56; Plat 4. Arrive Falconwood 11.09.

The walk takes us through Oxleas Wood, excellent views from the cafe, past Severndroog
Castle and over Shooters Hill. We then cross Woolwich Common, Charlton Park and make
our way through Maryon Park down to the Thames Barrier and along the Thames to our
pub lunch. After lunch we walk 1.5 miles along the south bank to the Jubilee Line at North
Greenwich. Possible drop out point after lunch at Charlton station (half a mile)
