Within Freedom Pass area. \nLeader: Ann 07948 500 518 \nThe walk starts through Crayford town but soon comes to green fields taking us down to walk beside the River Cray which we follow for 2.5 miles to Bexley for lunch. Afterwards we walk through pleasant meadows and fields beside the river emerging after a further 3 miles to a drop out point at Foot’s Cray with frequent buses to various stations for onward journeys to London. Otherwise we stay on the route for a further one mile to emerge at Queen Mary’s Hospital in Sidcup to catch a bus to Sidcup station. This is a flat and easy walk and surprisingly rural in many places.
